It also lists management and mitigation measures listed in the geotechnical investigation report, prepared by De-Civil, PLLC. Both consultants represent Chambers. The MDNS includes the original MDNS, the MDNS withdrawal and the final MDNS, of which Chambers has not acted upon. We are also providing the Dec. 30, 2024, staff report that was presented to the Chelan County hearing examiner. The staff report provides a timeline of events. The hearing examiner affirmed the MDNS. Lastly, we provide the list of active cases, as of Sept. 30, 2026, related to the Chambers’ property. By providing easy access to the public documents, we hope to correct any misinformation about the stop-work order, which was upheld in Chelan County Superior Court.”
