Link Transit Names New CEO, Opens Bus Barn

Link Transit announced Don Billen as its new CEO effective June 1, 2026, succeeding Nick Covey, who retires after 32 years of service. Billen, currently Link's planning manager, has 30 years of transit experience including leadership at Sound Transit.
