Wenatchee SR 9 lane closures begin for fish passage

State Route 9 near Kalloch Road will operate as a single lane with alternating traffic through a bypass road starting Aug. 23, according to WSDOT. The change, effective Aug. 3, will continue until Sept. 14 for fish passage construction.
